Through my own personal story of healing childhood trauma, navigating a spiritual awakening and several major life crises, I developed my own holistic healing abilities and programs to serve others in their own unique path to wholeness. Throughout my own in depth healing journey I discovered a new passion for using the wisdom earned through my life experiences to benefit others and to guide them through their healing.

Along side of being trained as a Usui Reiki Master I have trained in several different lineages of reiki. I have also been trained in Bodytalk, Mindscape, Meditation, Ho’oponopono, Hawaiian shamanism, Kahi Loa, Lomi Lomi massage, Heartworks massage, Hatha yoga teacher training and kundalini teacher training.

Prior to Covid, I founded and operated Buddha Belly Yoga and Wellness, which was a brick and mortar wellness centre in Capilano, Edmonton, AB for a total period of 5 years. We have since closed it due to covid.
